FBCOEW (W) has a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1984. Initially founded as Mujahida Academy, it served as a centre for Pakistan Air Force Women Association (PAFWA) activities and Women education and training. At its inception, the College was affiliated with Punjab University. However, in 2003 it underwent transition and all the programs got affiliated with Air University. FBCOE (W) is a state of the art College known for outstanding teaching quality, research excellence, good governance and its contribution to community at large. It is credited with producing excellent, well trained, enlightened and competent professionals who are serving in numerous fields such as education, business, content writing and Psychology to name a few

Currently, the College offers a wide range of academic programs including BS (Hons) in the disciplines of English, Mathematics, Psychology, Computer Science, Business Administration, and Education. Furthermore, Diploma in the Montessori Method of Teaching, MA English and Short Orientation Courses are also being offered. The College is committed to nurturing a passion for learning and knowledge among students. Women education is pivotal as it can change the fate of nations. Therefore, the College firmly believes in the notion of empowering women through education. It goes an extra mile to train young girls as the future leaders who will shape the world. The College firmly believes in promoting research based education. Consequently, the College successfully organized two international multidisciplinary conferences in 2019 and 2020 respectively..
