Centre
Executive Development Center (EDC) will serve as a liaison between job-seeking BPGC graduates
and organizations, through relationship building and networking with the most leading
organizations/industries in Pakistan. It will facilitate studentsin the completion of their degree
requirements, personal development, and job placements. Through comprehensive career
counseling services, and by fostering community, regional, and national employer relationships,
the Career Development Center promotes individual career success and employment potential
for students and alumni

Responsible for collecting all important news and notifications in soft copy.

Director Social Media Content Handling: (1)
Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring social media groups
in order to increase college online presence and improve its marketing through
producing best content.
Manage and oversee social media content.
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
Train others in the team of college social media, if required from the I/C Student Affairs

Monitoring online discussions
Monitoring trending topics online (using Google Trends or another tool)
Decides which content might interest the group members most.

Manger Content Creator: (3)
Creates written material for websites and other types of media.
Should have excellent writing skills with unblemished grammar expertise.
Well versed with creative web content, blogs, articles and press release according to the
requirements.
Expert in researching, brainstorming, writing, proofreading, and publishing
Submit work to Director Social Media Content Handling for input and approval.

Social Media Community Relations Team
Director Community Relations: (1)
Community Manager is the person in charge of actually building students’ positive and cooperative
bonding on social media. This person is the face of the group - a person that group members
actually get to know online. She must need to be comfortable using each social media platform
and have the interpersonal skills to build relationships online by responding each and every
query/post there and then.
Team: (7) (same members those are in reporting and visual media team)
One Community Manager from each department and the name will be given by HoD of each
dept.
The person will only manage the posts of their own departments.

Advertising and Design Team
Director Advertising and Design: (1)
Assist the team in planning, executing and reporting of online persuasion campaigns
Supervise advertising, marketing and publicity of events.
Experience with editing video for digital media
Experience with animation and graphics built for video
Strong graphic design skill
Create ad and video content by working together with content handling team.
An understanding of Facebook, Google, and other emerging advertising platforms

Keep an eye on the discipline of the social media platforms.
Inform directly to I/C Student Affairs in case of any violation of the rules and SOPs.
Ensures that everything happened and being said, is safe.
Inform to I/C Student Affairs about anything that may cause damage to college and any
group member prestige.
Any unlawful approval or content made from any social media team will strictly be dealt.
Compile and enquire all the prestige damage and violation of SOPs cases.
Manager Legal Social Media: (2)
Manages and ensures all instructions directed from Director Social Media.
Reporting and Visual Media Team
Director Reporting and Visual Media: (1)
Responsible for collecting, editing and sharing photographs and videos of every event,
those are directed by I/C Student Affairs.
Responsible for putting correct captioning on the photos / videos albums.
Upload all the event reports by collecting from the respective event organizer in soft
copy.

One Manager Reporting and Visual Media- from each department and the name will be given
by HoD of each dept.
The person is responsible for providing all photos and videos (of their respective
department events) to Director Reporting and Visual Media well before time.
Manages and ensures all instructions directed from Director Social Media.

Monitor web traffic metrics.
Generate monthly report based on statistics of social media (website, pages etc)
Indicates the flaws meant for low indicators/ stats.
